Covid-19 and Celebrations

As the events world and California begins to reopen you may be wondering how to have a safe gathering. At FPM, we are adhering to all state and local mandates and listening to the scientific community and guidelines given by the CDC and have come up with best practices to share with you for your upcoming events. These best practices can be adjusted depending on if your event is 100% virtual or is a hybrid event as well.

Implement 4 basic rules of engagement for any guests that will be in the studio recording for the virtual event or attending your hybrid gathering. The safety guidelines below are a great outline on how to create a safe space for guests!

  1. TEMPERATURE CHECKS

    • All guests are required to have their temperature before entering the event.

  2. MASKS

    • All guests are required to wear a mask when in communal walkways/shared spaces. Though, it is up to the host’s discretion if they require them to wear it while seated or in large open areas.

  3. HAND SANITIZER/HAND WASHING STATIONS

    • Hand sanitizer/Bathrooms will be available during the entire event for guests to use.

  4. GUEST INTERACTION

    • All guests will remain at a safe distance when assisting or interacting with each other. Though, it is up to the discretion of the host if this is to be enforced.
